Shipping Information
All orders are shipped with full tracking to your door – using a reputable and secure courier. A tracking email will be provided when your order is dispatched.

SCOTLAND & UNITED KINGDOM
INTERNATIONAL
Currently we do not have shipping options available to international counties.
However, if you contact us with the country you would like to ship to, we will provide a quote and arrange an order if appropriate.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please complete the contact form with your order number and we’ll endeavour to resolve any issues.
You can return your bottles within a 14 day window.
We ask that any returns are sent back to us in good condition and in the same packaging it was delivered in.
All refunds will be paid to the same bank account within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).
We will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.
If you refuse to pay the customs and import duties at your location and as such your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the original amount paid minus the shipping cost.
