Our Story
Founded in 2018, Darach Whisky Co. was born out of the idea of creating a premium Whisky brand releasing and bottling the best single malts within the market.
William Woodburn, an ex British Army Veteran decided that the time was now to start building a brand and creating waves within the world of Scotch Whisky.
After many years of planning and overcoming many obstacles including Covid and the worldwide pandemic.
Darach Whisky Co. has moved from strength to strength under his leadership releasing some amazing whiskies to date with more to follow.
At Darach Whisky our ethos is to only bottle the “best of the best” of single malt cask releases, ensuring the best quality for our customers making us one of the premium single malt whisky bottlers within the industry.

After years and planning, we launched our first edition. A 24 year old Allt-a-Bhainne
Second Whisky Release
2021
After the success of our first release, we went on to release our 13 year old Secret Speyside
Third Whisky Release Coming
2022
We will soon be releasing our third whisky release in 2022.
