Orders
Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that the product is on its way.
If the shipping is internal to the UK then you will receive a tracking code and link.
All tracking information is in the confirmation email. Please remember to check your junk email.
If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse then you can cancel your order and you will receive a full refund. To do this please fill in the contact us form
We have a 14 day return policy on any item.
We will only reimburse the cost of returning items if the item was delivered in error or the item was damaged or defected during transit.
Please email us with your order number and photos of the damaged product and we will endeavour to replace any damaged items were stock allows.
Delivery
Currently, you will not be able to select the USA as a delivery address.
If you would like an item delivered to the USA, please contact us and we will provide a quote for shipping.
Currently, you will not be able to select the European countries as a delivery address.
If you would like an item delivered to a country with in Europe, please contact us and we will provide a quote for shipping.
Please contact us and let us know which country you would an order delivered to. Someone from our team will get a quote for delivery.
Gift Orders
Currently we do not offer Gift Vouchers as our stock is mainly limited edition. However, we may offer this service in the future. Please subscribe to our newsletter to keep up date.
Unfortunately we do not offer a gift message service at the moment.
Troubleshooting
Sometimes our emails may find themselves in your Junk/Spam folders. However, if you have not received an email within an hour of purchase please contact us.
If you have made a mistake with your delivery address. We can change it within the first hour of ordering by contacting us.
